Today during my morning workout I brought my laptop into the exercise room to see if there was any good training videos online. I found a ton of them on Hulu.com. Just put in "work out" in their search and they all pop up. The one I watched today was from a Bravo series called "Work Out: Trainer Tips". They have a whole series of vids featuring great workout routines and moves. I tried two of them for the first time today...a great combo workout for people short on time (like me in the mornings before work) and one to work the shoulders (which I desperately need to do). As always, if you go to try them out, make sure you know what you're doing...it's very easy to overdue it the first time you try a new move. You may want to make sure it's ok with your doctor first before you try anything new as well...just to be on the safe side. Well, going to go have my pre-lunch snack. Have a great Saturday!
